Please join us on Saturday, April 17 from 11am to 12:30 pm for our live kickoff to celebrate the first day of California Native Plant Week! This year, GNGT’s kickoff will showcase the native garden at Lake Cunningham in San Jose and highlight a few more of the dozens of public native gardens located in the South Bay and Peninsula. Some of the native gardens in our chapter area are large and well-known with mature plantings, and there are probably a few more you’ve never heard of that we’d like to share with you. Throughout 2021, our GNGT garden owners and webmaster are adding more photos and new video tours that celebrate seasonal change in GNGT gardens ? public and private, large and small, newly planted and well established ? throughout the Santa Clara Valley. Whether or not you can join us for the live virtual events, all GNGT gardens can be viewed online anytime at gngt.org.
